A large sandbox stretching from south west of Kandahar to east of Camp Bastion set in early 2001. Meant to simulate the grueling fight to control the Helmand Province
TORA BORA
After the fall of Kandahar and Kabul, Bin Laden retreated deep into the white mountains. In Dec. 2001 the 160th and 1SFOD-D deployed to capture him. This is a dynamic mission environment meant to recreate that action.
